Common issues

• The app is not visible: confirm that the app has been enabled for your ChatGPT account and that you are using the account or workspace invited to use it.
• A tool does not respond: retry once with a shorter prompt containing only the product facts needed for the request.
• A result contains an unsupported claim: treat the result as a draft, remove or verify the claim, and do not publish without human review.
• JiMeng prompt limits: use the character-counting tool as a drafting aid and confirm current JiMeng requirements separately.
